Religious traditions in Indonesian Muslim communities are the result of the dynamic interaction between Islamic teachings and local culture. One example is the Takbir Festival in North Anjatan Village, which serves not only as a religious ritual but also as a social and cultural platform involving broad community participation. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research problem formulation includes how the Takbir Festival is implemented, the Islamic and social values it embodies, the level of community participation, and its contribution to empowering Muslim communities. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Takbir Festival, identify its values, analyze community participation, and examine its contribution to community empowerment. The results show that the Takbir Festival has evolved from a simple activity to an organized one with planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. This activity embodies the values of monotheism, gratitude, and Islamic brotherhood, as well as social values such as mutual cooperation and solidarity. High community participation reflects strong social capital. In addition, this festival contributes to economic empowerment through UMKM activities, social empowerment through strengthening community cohesion, and youth empowerment through active involvement in creative activities and organizations.
